 Karen's PCOS Syndrome Blog Hello, My name is Karen. I just wanted to tell you about myself and why I started this Blog. I was 27 and the Doctor told me I had PCOS Syndrome. Which in plain talk is cysts on the ovaries. It took me a year of taking tests and fifteen possible causes of my pain before I was diagnosed correctly. The first treatment out of this male Doctor’s mouth was ovarian cyst surgery. I went straight home and started to look on the internet for treatment options. I found dozens and dozens of treatments and a ton of conflicting information. During the next two years I tried different treatments most made no improvement in (ovarian cyst pain). I did finally find a treatment that helped and the pain is gone. The best part is I have a new four month old daughter named Bethany. The same doctor told me it would be a miracle if I could have children. I will agree she is a miracle.  Mail this post |
